Kingsville Military Museum
Description
The mission of the Kingsville Military Museum is to provide information for future generations on the sacrifices of men and women during the wars. The Museum holds artifacts and information on many Essex County residents from 1861 to the present. Exhibits include the Fenian Raids, Boer War, World War 1, World War 2, Korea, and Afghanistan, as well as Peacekeeping. On display are medals, uniforms and items that belonged to soldiers. We also have an extensive library pertaining to all military subjects.
“We do not glorify the acts of war, but remember the consequences and the cost of our freedom. Future generations must learn about man’s inhumanity to man so they, in turn, will value man’s humanity to man.” Charlie Campbell – founding member
